Our Services.......

Your Free Consultation:

Give us a call. We are happy to come and see you free of charge to talk about your project. We will walk through your yard and discuss ideas and options. Once we have a good grasp of what your needs are and an idea of your individual style, we are happy to quote a price for you. The quote will emailed to you for your signature.

Site Analysis and Ideation:

When you are ready, we will return to the site and take one to two hours taking measurements , making observations and taking notations of your existing yard. We will photographs of the site for reference and to assist us in the design process from off site.

Drafting:

We will then draw up a draft of your design and email it to you for your approval. This may take three days to two weeks, depending on the size of your project. This is a very basic plan. This is not your final plan. This is a way for us to communicate our ideas with you and focus on the overall flow of the project. We are happy to make up to three major adjustments at this stage to make sure that you are satisfied with your final results.

Presentation:

We will email a digital copy of your final design. Any further changes at this time will be billed out at an hourly rate. Once you have approved your design, we would like to get together with you once again for your final presentation. You will receive a  24” X 36” or 11" x 17" final draft (depending on the size of your project) of your landscape design as well as any extra photos or drawings that will assist us in sharing prospective highlights or views. Full payment is due upon this final presentation meeting.

Construction:

We are happy to give you advice and references in completing your physical design concept. In your final presentation you will receive special instructions on how to install new plants and trees in your yard in the event you plan to do some of the work for yourself.

The plans you will receive will also be ready to hand to any licensed contractor. They will easily be able to bid right from your 24” X 36” design.  For your convienence, you will also receive a digital copy of your design. This digital copy can be emailed to almost any licensed contractor for bid.

Brum Design’s contact information is located on the far right of your final presentation and we are available for questions and revisions at any time. Revisions are quoted as needed.

Project Management:

Are you busy during the week and have little time to devote to your construction project? Allow us to assist you. Brum Design offers a comprehensive project management services for our esteemed clients for a nominal hourly fee. Fees are negotiated as each project is different. We are the “middle man” that can make your life easier by helping the contractors with substitutions, on site references, change orders and more. Anything we cannot answer will be collected and communicated to you with one phone call after hours at your convenience. These services are subject to location and availability. Please inquire if you are interested.
